By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions you also confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction), have the legal right to access adult material in your community, and will not permit any minor to access any materials found here.
Your use of this website is in full compliance with the laws of the jurisdiction(s) to which you are subject, and you are not prohibited from using this website due to any restriction, including any age restriction.
You are aware this is an adult website that may contain sexually explicit photographs, video, audio, language and other material.

This site can revise these terms and conditions at any time. Please read these Terms & Conditions on each visit, as they are subject to change and are binding to you.

Acceptable Use

You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the site or impairment of its availability or accessibility; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful.

You must not use this website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious software.

You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to this website without our express written consent.

You must not use this website to transmit unsolicited commercial communications, or for any marketing purposes without our express written consent.

Users / Models

The photos and text of advertisers published on this site are provided by the registered members, who are solely responsible for the content of their advertisement, including photos and text.

It is strictly prohibited to upload fake pictures. If such profiles are found, the entire account will be deleted immediately without refund of any purchased credits or active promotions.

Users may provide a verification video or face + ID photo as proof that the profile is genuine. Verification media is for internal use only and will never be published.

It is not allowed to upload any content showing explicit genitals. Such pictures will be immediately deleted or blurred without notice.

All models on this website must be over 18 years of age. We accept only independent models and modeling agencies. Directories, porn sites, cam sites, dating sites or similar platforms are not permitted to register.

Our team manually reviews each post and photos before it goes live. If the age of a model is in question, we will request ID and age verification and reserve the right to refuse to post any content that does not meet our standards. All fraudulent ads will be deleted without notice.

Creating duplicate profiles, deleting and re-uploading the same model, or deleting and recreating an account to gain ranking advantages is strictly prohibited. Accounts found doing this will be permanently removed.

Agencies may upload an unlimited number of model profiles, but each model must be unique. Uploading the same model more than once is not allowed and will result in profile deletion and possible account suspension.

Takedown Policy: Each profile has a "Report" button. If you believe a profile uses fake photos, contains fraudulent content, or infringes copyright, please use this button. We deal with each report within 7 business days.

Verified Models

We verify profiles upon request. Verified profiles receive a VERIFIED status badge. Each model who advertises on our site has a "verification" option in their account. We require a verification video or face + ID photo as proof that the profile is genuine.

Please be aware that this platform cannot guarantee that the individual depicted in any advertisement will be the same person who appears for any arrangement made between an advertiser and a visitor.

Report Trafficking

This platform is wholly committed to raising awareness on the issue of human trafficking and cooperates fully with law enforcement and agencies involved in combating human rights abuses. We have a zero tolerance policy for child exploitation or minors advertising or utilizing our site.

Please report any suspected sexual exploitation of minors and/or human trafficking to the appropriate authorities in your country.

Warning signs of possible human trafficking: Does an advertiser arrive accompanied by a controlling individual? Does that person speak for or control the advertiser? Does the advertiser seem fearful, unable to communicate freely, or show signs of coercion? If you observe multiple warning signs, contact the appropriate authorities immediately.

User Content

By submitting content (including text, images, audio or video material) to this website, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your content in any existing or future media. You also grant us the right to sub-license these rights.

You warrant that your content will comply with these terms. Your content must not be illegal, must not infringe any third party rights, and must not give rise to legal action against you or us.

All advertisements showing signs of fraud, extortion or criminal activity will be removed and blacklisted immediately. You must not submit photos containing text links, logos, phone numbers or email addresses — such images will be removed without notification.

We reserve the right to edit or remove any material submitted to this website at any time. All user-submitted content is reviewed by our moderation team within 48 hours.

Advertising

Users may purchase featured placements, TOP positions, PREMIUM listings and banner advertisements. Pricing varies by product, location and duration. Payment options are available on the advertising page. Please allow up to 48 hours to activate any advertisement after payment is received.

All payments are one-time (non-recurring) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Advertising packages and pricing are displayed on the relevant purchase page within your account.

Refund Policy

Users may request a refund within 72 hours of purchase, provided they supply a valid reason demonstrating that the purchase was fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise inappropriate. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If payment was made with cryptocurrencies, any refund will be issued via bank transfer in fiat currency. To request a refund, contact us via the support page.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Liability

The operators of this website do not control, supervise, verify or authenticate any of the content, communications or representations by third parties. While we monitor and verify user and advertiser posts, we are not liable for content posted by users or advertisers.
